Early access for agencies
Highbeam.
How one person runs content for 20 to 25 clients.
Highbeam researches what each client’s customers search for, drafts posts in the client’s voice, and checks every draft before your team sees it. Your team approves, and Highbeam publishes to the client’s site.
Our own blog
Results
We ran the system behind Highbeam on the blog of our own software product, from its first post in March. These are that blog’s weekly numbers, from Google and our own records, with nothing modeled.
16,000+
Google impressions a day, from 1 in its first week
612
clicks from Google in the latest week
123
conversions from the blog in 25 weeks
Process
How it works
Step 1
Brain Training
Give Highbeam each client’s positioning, reader, voice, offers and competitors. The Brain page rates every part and puts the biggest gaps first.
Step 2
Draft Review
Drafts wait in a review queue. Your team approves, edits or rejects each one, and approved posts go out on a schedule.
Step 3
Reporting
Search Console, Google Analytics and the weekly AI check show what each post earned. Those numbers steer what gets researched next.
Product
Features
Brain
Each client’s positioning, reader, voice, offers, competitors and banned phrases, kept as files your team can read and edit. The Brain page rates each part and lists what is missing.
Research
Each blog keeps a queue of topics and refills it when it runs low. Every topic arrives with the search it targets, the pages it has to beat, and why it was picked.
Drafts and Audit
Posts are written in the client’s voice, then checked for readability, layout, search basics, broken links and unsupported claims. A draft that fails is revised and checked again before a person sees it.
Site Audit
Twice a month Highbeam crawls the client’s live site for what keeps it out of Google and out of AI answers. It ranks the problems and says how to fix each one. It changes nothing on the site.
AI Visibility
Every week Highbeam asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity the questions the client’s customers ask, and records whether the client was named, linked, or passed over for someone else.
Analytics
Read-only access to Search Console and Google Analytics. Each week the numbers become new topics and a list of pages that need work.
Publishing
Approved posts go to the client’s WordPress site, to any site with a publishing API, or to a blog Highbeam hosts. For LinkedIn, X, Reddit and Google Business Profile it writes drafts for a person to post.
MCP
Every blog has its own MCP server. Your team’s agent can read the review queue, edit the brain, write a draft and approve it, all from your own tools.
Built for
Agencies
Capacity
Highbeam does the research, the drafting and the checking, so one content manager can run content for 20 to 25 client blogs.
Client Rules
Write a house rule once and push it to every client, or give one client a rule of its own. Test a new rule against past posts before you switch it on.
Team Seats
Every blog has owner, administrator, editor and viewer roles. Writers, account managers and clients each get the access their job needs.
Agent Access
Connect Claude or your own agent to each client’s blog through MCP, and run the work from the tools your team already uses.
Questions
FAQ
Is this just AI slop?
Every draft starts from the client’s positioning, reader and voice, is checked and revised until it passes, and waits for a person to approve it.
Do we have to let it publish on its own?
No. Drafts wait in a review queue and a person approves each one. Approved posts go out on a schedule, up to a daily limit you set. Once the posts sound right, a blog can switch to publishing on its own.
Can it publish into our clients’ existing sites?
Yes: WordPress, any site with a publishing API, or a blog Highbeam hosts. An edit updates the existing post instead of adding a copy.
What access do you need to our clients’ analytics?
Read-only. Highbeam asks Search Console and Google Analytics for read access and nothing more, so it cannot change either one.
Who owns the content?
You do: the posts, images, drafts, research and reports. If you cancel, ask within 30 days and you get a full export of your posts and images.
Why do the first drafts look ordinary?
In week one Highbeam knows little about the client. Quality follows what it learns: positioning, reader, voice, and which drafts your team approved or rejected. Judge it on weeks two and three.
How long until we see results?
New posts take weeks to be found and longer to settle in the results. Our own blog’s first conversion came 7 weeks after its first post. Anyone who promises the top of Google by next month is selling something.
What does it cost?
Self-service is $299 a month per blog, Managed is $599 a month, and Local Service Bundle is $999 a month. On the agency ladder, the rate per blog drops from an agency’s 6th blog. Highbeam is in early access, so it starts with a demo.
